Order on line, by post or from your local agent

ON LINE - You can order from this web site and pay by credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Maestro) using our SSL secure link to keep your details safe. Click on the products you want to buy - they are added to your shopping cart.

BY POST - You can send us your order by post. Terms are cash with order.

LOCALLY - You can order from your local MTL company.

CURRENCY - The shopping cart shows prices in UK pounds (GBP). The total will appear on your card statement in your local currency.

DELIVERY - Shipping by air mail or carrier is free for orders of 150 pounds or more.

TAX (NON-EU) - If you are outside the European Union you may have to pay tax when the products enter your country.

TAX (EU) - If you are in the European Union VAT is added to the total price. If you are an EU organisation registered for VAT and you are outside the UK please quote your registration number (VRN) so that you do not have to pay VAT.

INVOICE - We will send you an official receipt.

CONTACT - Please make sure you enter your Email address and details correctly in case we need to contact you.

RETURNS - All products are checked carefully before despatch. In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us or your local company for replacement or repair of hardware (MTL's warranty applies). Use the feedback form to record comments on the software.
