How To Order

ON LINE - You can order from this web site and pay by credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Maestro) using our SSL secure link to keep your details safe. Click on the support plan or products you want to buy - they are added to your shopping cart.

BY MAIL - You may send your order to our mailing address. Terms are cash (or card details) with order. Please note that this method is not available for the Email Support Plan.

CURRENCY - The shopping cart shows prices in GB pounds (GBP). The total will appear on your card statement in your local currency. Prices on this web site in other currencies are for guidance only and vary with exchange rates.

TAX (NON-EU) - If you are outside the European Union there is no tax (VAT) to pay but you are responsible for any local taxes or other charges.

TAX (EU) - If you are in the European Union VAT is added to the total price. If you are registered for VAT and you are outside GB please quote your registration number (VRN) so that you do not have to pay VAT.

INVOICE - We will send you an official receipt.
