Register and download the new version.
Exit from your existing Mantra program.
Follow the instructions sent to you when you registered the
new version, making sure that the drive and directory locations you choose are
the same as your existing locations.
The first time you use a file group you will get a
"file error" message for the ITEM file: this is normal - press F4 to
reindex.
Your old report and jobsheet style files are NOT overwritten
when you upgrade. A separate directory is created for old files: a message is
displayed when this happens advising you to write down the directory name. If
you are sure that you have not edited or created report and jobsheet style
files you can delete the old directory and the files it contains. If you have
edited or created files you can move them to the Reports directory.
If upgrading from version 4.00: run Mantra and select Files
from the Main Menu. For each file group change "Issue Jobs In Order
Of" to suit your needs.
